What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute product initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and enterprise partners to ensure alignment on goals and delivery expectations
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Track and analyze key product and business metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis
- Support initiatives to optimize operational processes and leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, business operations, or a related field
- Experience in insurance, insuretech, or fintech
- Strong understanding of business processes, customer needs, and digital product development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with defining and negotiating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Ability to think end-to-end across business processes connecting workflows to user needs
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, CRM systems, or automation tools
