      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the product owner for the Mobile SWAT team, facilitating coordination and dependency management across engineering teams
      - Define, maintain, and promote the vision and roadmap for internal tools supporting mobile app development
      - Gather and synthesize requirements from engineering stakeholders across various platforms
      - Prioritize and manage product backlogs for scrum teams, ensuring actionable user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined
      - Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demonstrations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience preferred, or 6 years of related experience with 3 years as a Product Owner in medical devices
      - Prior experience as a product owner or product manager, ideally in consumer tech, digital health, or regulated software
      - Excellent backlog management, prioritization, and Agile delivery skills
      - Proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams and drive consensus
      - Effective communicator with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with app development, developer toolchains, or internal platforms
      - Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle (iOS/Android), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
      - Experience with software localization/internationalization workflows
      - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe environments
      - Understanding of FDA or ISO regulatory requirements for medical software
