Own the product backlog and roadmap for enterprise and public-facing search platforms
Work closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features
Translate business goals into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
Partner with cross-functional teams (12–15+ stakeholders) to guide search platform implementation and evolution
Drive continuous improvement in search accuracy, performance, and data quality
Collaborate with data analysts and data science teams to align product decisions with KPIs and user feedback
Facilitate stakeholder demos, retrospectives, and planning sessions
Stay informed of industry trends in search, AI, and platform architecture
5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, ideally in search or platform roles
Strong familiarity with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and exposure to SOLR
Experience working on B2B and B2C platforms, especially those with complex user journeys
Proven track record leading data-driven decision making and defining success metrics (OKRs, KPIs)
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, with a history of successful stakeholder alignment and feature prioritization
Experience with enterprise SaaS products, digital platforms, or internal tooling is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools and LLM-based solutions is a strong plus

Compensation Pay Range:
$110,000.00 - $165,000.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the roadmap and development of our enterprise and customer-facing search platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, SOLR, MongoDB), cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to prioritize features that drive business value.
As a Product Owner, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders—defining product requirements, improving data quality and search relevancy, and delivering intuitive, performant search experiences for both internal users and external customers.
