We work remotely in multicultural cross-functional teams with our on cool projects for quite cool clients in automotive mostly.

Define product vision and roadmap: Work with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and translate them into a clear vision and roadmap for the product.
Manage product backlog: Prioritize and refine user stories, features, and tasks in the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals.
Collaborate with development team: Communicate product requirements, answer questions, and provide feedback to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.
Own product releases: Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption by users.
Gather and analyse user feedback: Collect feedback from various sources, analyse it, and translate it into actionable insights for product improvement.
Track and measure success: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success and make data-driven decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends: Continuously learn and stay updated on relevant technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
Proven experience in product management or a related field (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Data-driven approach to decision making.
Passion for building products that solve user problems.
Experience with user research and product analytics is a plus.
Leadership experience and strong team orientation
Strong presentation skills, also in English, German is a plus but definitely not a must.
