What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee Public Safety Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Software integrations from start to finish
- Define features and requirements necessary for delivering a complete product to market
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams during release planning and development
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog for assigned Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Create customer-facing documentation and participate in agile ceremonies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Agile/Scrum experience and understanding of software design principles
- Technical knowledge of software development methodologies and tools like Aha!, Jira, and DevOps
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety is a plus
- Familiarity with Motorola Solutions' PremierOne and/or Flex Suite(s)
- Strong ability to distill complex user requirements for various stakeholders
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards problem-solving
- Experience working in diverse and fast-moving environments
