What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize product value by managing product backlog and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Lead Agile practices and maintain product documentation, including customer journey maps and technical specifications
- Define functional and non-functional product requirements while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support product development and go-to-market strategies
- Communicate project scope, deliverables, and timelines effectively to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry
- In lieu of education, 6+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or Engineering
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
- Proficiency in operating office equipment and performing indoor office tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile Certification or Product Owner Certification
- Experience with AWS and SQL
- Strong ability to convey information clearly and concisely
