Job Description
- Req#: REQ-1620
- Integrates the development teams and product management as primary contact
- Works with development and engineering teams to provide and reinforce product requirements and design feedback
- Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision
- Manages and prioritizes the product backlog
- Translates Product Manager’s strategies into tasks for development
- Collaborates closely with the product manager to run projects and communicate timelines and budgets
- Develops roadmap based on effort sizing and overall business value
- Ensures development delivery is in alignment with product manager’s success criteria and portfolio goals
- Works closely with Operations to verify operational readiness and technical compatibility of a product(s)
- Develops and deliver training and on-boarding documentation as needed, auditing and revising as necessary
- Remains accessible to development to answer questions and maintain progress
- Promotes a culture of ownership with both product and development teams

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to demonstrate and embody the characteristics of being humble, hardworking, and a team player
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to solve difficult problems creatively
- Ability to aggregate and organize many different perspectives
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation
- Ability to work across organizational teams and help build relationships
- Knowledge of software projects
- Preferred prior work experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Preferred prior experience in the Product Manager or Product Owner role.
- Preferred prior experience in Market Analysis.
- CSPO Certification Preferred
- Agile Manifesto familiarity
- Experience on Scrum Team

$104,300.00 - $172,100.00
