      The Senior Manager - Digital Risk,is liable for launching new Risk Management initiatives in partnership with Scotia Digital. The successful candidate will leverage their ability to organize and motivate teams, they will work with Product lines, bank stakeholders, and technology teams to translate customer journey directives into practical deliverables, and follow through to completion.

      Job Responsibilities:

      Develop and execute on the Product Vision and Roadmap that is tied to desired Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

      • Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring sufficient depth of items for development consumption and commitment

      • Serve as the primary source of external information for the Scrum teams, offering clear definitions of the targeted capability, the intended value to the customer, and functional/non-functional requirements

      • Facilitate problem solving on a day-today basis as required, working closely with development on implementation challenges

      • Play a leadership role in the Scrum team to ensure that capabilities are in-scope, on-time and of high quality

      Job Requirements:

      • Experience working in agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

      • Ability to conclude complex technical concepts and socialize them to a non-technical audienceAbility to conclude complex technical concepts and socialize them to a non-technical audience

      • Experience working with development teams and systems integrators to deliver successful solutions

      • Effective communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions

      • Must have 2 years of relevant work experience
