What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and document business requirements for projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet customer needs
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve features
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with the Scrum Master to prioritize the product backlog
- Create project documentation for review by customers and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a product owner
- 3+ years' experience in an applicable domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Safe Agile practices and frameworks, including SAFe 5.0
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as a software developer or in software testing
- Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
- Experience working deeply within the product domain
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
