      WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

      In this role the Product Owner – Vulnerability Reporting Insights, will be responsible to work with reporting stakeholders including leadership, report development teams and consumers to plan, design, deliver and drive the adoption of next generation vulnerability report solutions. The product owner will also assist in cataloguing existing reports, metrics, business logic, requirements, and data dictionaries. The product owner will be a SME with regards to Business and Technical Business Logic, Metadata, Sources and Data Catalogues.

      WHAT WILL YOU DO?

      The successful candidate will be responsible to provide subject matter expertise, and help users adopt vulnerability reporting while adhering to best practices. Key activities will include working with development teams on the creation of user stories and performing user acceptance testing.

      They will assist in design of new products or changes to existing products. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.

      • Plan, document and manage vulnerability data and reporting requirements while tracking implementation with development teams
      • Evaluating reporting processes and resources to identify potential limitations in products. Modifying designs to maximize client adoption and product quality.
      • Gathering internal and external feedback to identify potential improvements to existing reporting products.
      • Using tools to develop needs for new reporting products or for revisions to existing products. Tracking the status of projects from inception to release.
      • Generating processes and plans to measure reporting product quality and evaluating results to identify deficiencies. Adjusting to client’s and business needs and requirements as needed.
      • Lead the design of new reporting products or changes to existing products. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.

      WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

      Must have:

      • Product Management capabilities - Product Lifecycle, Continuous Enhancements, Master Plan, Competitive Analysis
      • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills creating impactful materials in multiple formats to influence users/executives
      • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities – understanding of iterative approach, Organizational Change Management
      • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a complex organization
      • Establish an environment of cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork among colleagues, business groups and technology
      • Experience with business metadata, technical metadata & product management

      Nice-to-have:

      • Product Management Certification
      • Experience with collaboration products (e.g., Voice Recording, Mural, Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, etc.)
      • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
      • Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, including strong focus on data profiling, management and governance
      • Proven ability to design, execute, and continuously improve business processes
