Job Description
- Req#: 3256
- Load vehicle data into distribution system while maintaining accuracy
- Provide support for creation of vehicle information documents
- Compile vehicle comparison data
- Record videos for product training
- Physically inspect vehicles for spec accuracy
- Answer Servco Connected Services support phone and provide customer support.
- Assist in vehicle training events including staging vehicles, checking in attendees
- High school graduate or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Minimum two years of automotive distribution or automotive sales operations work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Microsoft Access and Oracle operational knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Good driving record
Overview
Provides support for all Product Planning Product Management including assisting with inputting and maintenance of vehicle data in the distribution system, creation of training materials for our vehicle line-up, answer phone calls for customer support, and other tasks assigned by manager.
