  Product Quality

  • Lead Product Safety issue resolution.
  • Prioritize the resolution of customer complaints through detailed root cause analysis and consistent corrective actions.
  • Ensure defect-free rigs through robust Product Audit procedures.
  • Benchmark the best audit practices with global factories to detect early failures during audits.
  • Plan and coordinate Customer Inspections effectively.
  • Collaborate and participate in New Product Development projects.
  • Work closely with Service teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that Audit and Assembly teams are trained for required competencies.

  KPI's / Goals

  • Defect free supply of rigs.
  • Effective and efficient field resolution

  Experience requirements.

  • Leading diverse team
  • Working experience of around 10 to 15 Years in Construction / Mining Equipment.
  • Knowledge of Hydraulic, Electrical & Structural systems.

  Knowledge

  • Through understanding mechanical engineering principles for earth moving equipment. Structure design, FEA, Hydraulics components, assembly practices, etc.
  • Understanding earth moving equipment application, working, customer segments.
  • Familiarity with global safety standards for equipment CE, DGMS, etc
  • Strong abilities to address complex issues thorough systematic problem solving techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Data analysis for decision making.

  Educational requirements

  • B.E. / B. Tech d egree in Mechanical from reputed institutions
