- Assess and identify training needs for multiple groups, as assigned
- Coordinate/Facilitate ASMS Master Instructor with updates, changes, and feedback regarding a variety of training products (Example: Training content out-to-date, vertical no longer supported or transferred)
- Assist APST Master instructor and Technical Trainer in providing course content
- Prepare conceptual graphics for print and online training as per current needs in conjunction with Technical Trainer and Master Instructor
- Conduct necessary research to develop and revise labs, simulation exercises, and assessments to evaluate critical thinking skills and psychomotor skills of students within the classroom or laboratory environments, to determine if students are meeting learning and performance objectives
- Interact with remote and local teams of product managers, engineers, application engineers and software developers to gather content and a working knowledge of software and hardware products in Azure
- Communicate and collaborate with Coaches, Team Leads, Mentors and team members regarding training needs and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of training experience in a fast-paced technological environment
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Training creation, designing, planning and delivery experience
- Strong understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, CRMs)
- Detail-focused, attention to detail, organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- An inquisitive mind when it comes to technology and emerging trends
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.

OverviewThis role is a temporary assignment of up to one year, however this timing could change at the sole discretion of TeKnowledge.
The Product Ready Trainer (PRT) is the primary facilitator of technical training programs and curriculums, both, instructor led (ILT) and on-line (eLearning), for employees on various Microsoft products and services, not limited to only one POD. This person is responsible for delivering a wide variety of job skills training courses and supporting (tools usage skills, general work skills, product skills, etc.) and other technical courses as needed to build the Microsoft technical competency of key technical staff. In addition, this person identifies and suggests improvement opportunities and reports them to ASMS Master Instructor (GLE). The PRT is a technical content facilitator and in this role also supports the operation being an integral part of the operation when not in active training duties.

Compensation will be at the selected candidates current rate to include a stipend paid biweekly of $80.00 with continued eligibility for TekSteps, if applicable.
