      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute plans to identify prospects and generate leads
      - Travel to customer sites for meetings and presentations (50% overnight travel expected)
      - Assist customers in identifying needs and making recommendations
      - Monitor market activity to identify new sales prospects
      - Generate reports summarizing industry activity and sales forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience selling engineered or industrial products
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is strongly preferred
      - Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical engineering principles
      - Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.

      - Experience in a similar role within the electrical solutions industry
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market penetration
      - Strong understanding of customer needs in the infrastructure vertical
