Salary Range: $60,778.00 (Min.) - $75,950.00 (Mid.) - $91,166.00 (Max.)

Job Summary
The Product Solutions Liaison II is the center of professional support that enables Product Leadership and Product Solutions Managers to perform their responsibilities effectively. As the primary contact for assigned cross-functional teams, the Product Solutions Liaison II promotes mutually supportive relationships between cross-functional teams members, senior management, and external agencies that are key to effective product management. This position is the organization's chief resource for historical information on meeting, agreements and policy issues that are vital to informed decision making to the product.
Duties
Provides timely and proactive generation of meeting agendas based on feedback received from cross-functional team members/senior management on outstanding action items, issues or risks. Generates meeting minutes that accurately capture the intent of meeting discussions and document actions agreed to by the cross-functional team. Drafts accurate Risk, Assumption, Issues and Dependecies (RAID) Log / Issues Log and related issue background statements, which are reviewed by Executives for risk management and mitigation strategies. Assures compliance with regulatory and legislatives bodies. Assures efficiently conducted meetings through coordination with other departments on all meeting requirements related to in person / Conference / Webinar room logistics. Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with constituent groups for effective coalition building. Provides information dissemination and collection of feedback from cross-function team Committees.Provision to senior management of accurate research analysis of information on regulatory, compliance and policy issues to facilitate informed consideration by cross-functional participants. Maintenance of an audit-ready archival system of meeting minutes, work plans, RAID logs, training manual documents, both in electronic and hard copy formats.
Accurately drafts meeting minutes for assigned cross-functional project / product meetings. Provides special meeting arrangements and appropriate use of standard meeting protocols for both internal and external meetings.
Cross-trains with other Product Solutions Liaisons II on requirements of their Product cycle/portfolios meetings & document retention protocols.
Provides timely response to cross-functional team member requests for product / project documents; posting of product / project artifacts on SharePoint site; coordination of logistical requirements for meetings; coordination of the meeting packets and assembly of product/cycle meeting artifacts.

Associate's DegreeIn lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.Education Preferred
Bachelor's DegreeExperience
Required:
At least 0-2 years of experience working in a pressure-intensive environment; high comfort level with top-level executives and professionals.Experience in coalition building within community groups composed of participants of varying cultural backgrounds and persuasions.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of commercial products, benefits and networks a plus.Skills
Required:
Basic understanding of meeting management and processes.A high level of discretion in handling documents and information of a highly confidential nature.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as analytical and research skills.
Skilled at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
