- Assist in developing and refining product strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for product innovation.
- Translate market insights into actionable product recommendations and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to drive product initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of M&A opportunities, including research, due diligence activities, and integration planning.
- Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with C-level executives and senior leaders to prepare business cases and strategic presentations that support high impact decision
- Track and report on key product strategy initiatives and progress toward goals.
- Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product strategy, business analysis, or corporate development, preferably in SaaS or Hospitality technology.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Ability to extract and analyze data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality technology and improving customer experience.
- Experience participating in and supporting M&A activities.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics.
- Familiarity with product management tools and frameworks (e.g., agile, lean, roadmap planning).
