- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years MRI software product support required.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database structure.
- Relevant work experience should center around product support or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (PO certifications).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to encourage diverse opinions and actively listen.
- Highly skilled in using Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, and related add-ins.
- Previous Zendesk experience or equivalent case management software.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills in fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prove critical thinking and problem solving concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry and processing work environment, where applicable.
- Possess the ability to correct data points through the User Interface and/or the back-end tables through SQL.
- Test issues to recreate and assist in determining root cause.
- Create training and SOP documentation for end users.
- Create and assist with testing for new feature enhancement.
- Assist with database upgrade testing.
- Identify and help implement improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team.
- Well-maintained backlog with clear priorities and user stories.
- Quality of user stories in terms of clarity, acceptance criteria, and completeness.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders to gauge satisfaction.

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: The Product Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the MRI PMX platform and all of its subsidiary sites (Resident Connect, Rent Payment, Lead Management).
Location: Charleston, SC (Remote will be considered)
