What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the delivery of ERP integrations from product development to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, launch, and adoption of the product
- Manage details of product backlog and ensure continual enhancements to existing products
- Understand the ERP integration landscape and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Develop business cases for new product functionality and support product concept workshops

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in similar business product services or external customer/market experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
- Strong understanding of ERP systems like Oracle, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience working in an "empowered product team" structure
