- Implement service parts to support new product development (NPD) projects, part changes, and obsolescence.
- Create change requests, deviations, and structure service part bills of material in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Manage part implementation, substitutions, and pricing in ERP system.
- Identify opportunities and incorporate process improvements into part implementation and part lifecycle management.
- Support Service Field Trials to gather data on prototype service solutions
- Other duties as assigned.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support rationale for business decisions related to emerging product & part issues
- Engage with Customer Service team, field service partners, and business units to document product and part issues and create mitigation plans
- Report Customer Service product and part issues to Business Units
- Communicate relevant changes to impacted groups across the business and to service partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related
- 6+ years of experience in change implementation or product issue analysis
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs
- Intermediate ERP and PLM systems experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Power BI or similar experience
- Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sub-Zero Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Analyst to join our Customer Service department. This position reports to the Product Support Analyst II. As a Product Support Analyst, you will guide change implementation related to service parts including new product development (NPD) part implementation, part updates, and part obsolescence. The position is also responsible for the analysis of emerging product issues related to Customer Service data and insights to provide actionable recommendations to all product teams across the organization.
