What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with issues related to drone flight and GIS technology, ensuring effective use of products
- Resolve customer support tickets rapidly and accurately via email, chat, and phone using Zendesk
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools for scaling support operations
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal and external knowledge documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and product enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience as a commercial drone pilot or a degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or Geomatics
- Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Availability for occasional domestic travel for company-related events

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry knowledge or experience in construction, surveying, agriculture, energy, or related fields
- Experience using 360 cameras and high accuracy mapping techniques
- Familiarity with GIS production systems, CAD environments, and geospatial software
- Experience with APIs, SSO, SQL queries, and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Fluency in Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese
