      About the role:
      As a Product Support Representative III, you'll be working independently and collaboratively as a team on client support inquiries, analyzing data integrity and processing issues. You will be working with internal groups such as IT Operations, Product Owners, Development, Project Teams, as well as FIS Clients to provide in-depth product support. You will be monitoring the data quality within the systems and will work collaboratively with your team members to complete daily processing requirements.

      What you will be doing:

      • Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by assisting your team in resolving incoming client support inquiries.

      • Respond to customer support inquiries via client ticketing support system, email, and phone.

      • Analyze data integrity issues, file delivery issues, and data processing issues.

      • Recreate issues in test environment, Identify / document how applications and systems interact to support business processes.

      • Open internal tickets (JIRA/Service Now) with Product/Dev/CIO to resolve defects and deficiencies.

      What you will need:

      • Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member.

      • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications.

      • Strong oral and written communications skills.

      • Strong problem-solving and Project Management skills.

      • Location: Jacksonville, FL / Hybrid work schedule or all Virtual

      FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $51,730.00 - $84,310.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
