What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interfacing with Macro Helix customers to handle 340B questions and functions
- Providing high-level analytics, reporting, and support as needed
- Building and enhancing customer relations to promote program success
- Meeting or exceeding defined customer service levels
- Handling calls, resolving issues, and preventing escalations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience providing support for product applications
- Skilled in root cause analysis and high-level data analysis
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work through a large caseload per SLA requirements
- Experience with 340B Architect and/or Macro Helix division exposure
- Knowledge of the 340B program
