What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide product support for Datasite’s software platform by assisting customers with questions and problems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve timely resolution
- Respond to service requests via phone, email, and chat
- Guide customers through consultative discussions and feature demonstrations
- Assist customers in the setup and configuration of projects and features within Datasite products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years previous experience in a client service or product support environment
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team collaboration environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience supporting software or SaaS applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in the M&A industry
