      How will you make an impact?

      We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence. The role involves work in the Vantaa service and support team supporting our customer channels, distributors and partners delivering product expertise support in technical and product related questions. In addition, also logging, handling, and reporting the received feedback and customer complaints.

      What will you do?

      • Product support to our global commercial organizations, partners and distributors, primarily via email

      • Daily product support case handling and customer complaint logging

      • Troubleshooting product issues

      • Attend regular service and support escalation calls

      • Participate in investigation, customer complaint and CAPA handling meetings

      • Maintain and develop case handling tool and processes together with the support team

      • Participate in spare part data collection and analysis

      • Actively use the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) business system tools

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Graduate (Master or Bachelor degree) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Technical Engineering or equivalent knowledge

      • Proven experience in product support or working in analytical laboratory with analytical instruments and/or applications

      • Customer focus – the position requires daily contact with customers, distributors and partners

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

      • Fluent skills in written and spoken English, basic Finnish required.

      • Proficiency in software related matters (e.g. SQL, LIS) is considered beneficial.

      • Readiness to travel globally if needed.
