      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and training on equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
      - Analyze technical manuals and schematics to resolve customer issues and improve equipment performance
      - Maintain positive relationships with dealers, customers, and factory personnel
      - Document warranty claims and equipment issues while creating and maintaining records
      - Deliver effective group presentations using technical and training information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
      - Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in equipment assembly or technical repair
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in demanding situations
      - Intermediate knowledge and skills in electrical/electronic systems
      - Proficient in using computers for daily job functions, including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

      - Bachelor's degree in a related area of study is preferred
