      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-line support to clients regarding financial products and services
      - Communicate effectively with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues
      - Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions
      - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
      - Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or financial services role
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with financial software or tools
      - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
      - Certification in financial planning or related field
