What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support for detection and signal-related ITS devices
- Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment under maintenance/service contracts
- Uphold high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including proficiency in the use of bucket trucks
- Foster strong client relationships by delivering professional, timely, and effective technical solutions
- Regularly travel to ensure optimal on-site project support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain) is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal and ITS equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
- Proven track record working with ITS equipment in a manufacturer or municipal/contractor role
- Must hold an acceptable driving record and be able to travel extensively

- IMSA Work Zone Safety certification highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
