What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support for detection and signal-related ITS devices
- Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment under maintenance/service contracts
- Uphold safety standards while working around roadways, including proficiency in using bucket trucks
- Build strong client relationships by delivering timely and effective technical solutions
- Travel regularly (up to 50% overnight) to ensure optimal on-site project support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain) required
- Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal - ITS equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven track record working with ITS equipment in a manufacturer or municipal/contractor role
- Exceptional service, professionalism, and communication skills in high-stakes environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IMSA Work Zone Safety certification highly preferred
- Self-motivated, team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Acceptable driving record with ability to travel extensively
