What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support for detection and signal-related ITS devices
- Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment under service contracts
- Adhere to high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including proficiency in using bucket trucks
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely and effective technical solutions
- Travel regularly (up to 50% overnight) to provide optimal on-site project support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain)
- Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal – ITS equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven experience working with ITS equipment, whether for a manufacturer or in a municipal/contractor role
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
