  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting and support for detection and signal-related ITS devices
  - Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for employer equipment under maintenance/service contracts
  - Uphold high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including the use of bucket trucks
  - Build strong client relationships by delivering professional and effective technical solutions
  - Travel regularly (up to 50% overnight) to ensure optimal on-site project support
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain it) required
  - Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal – ITS equipment
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
  - Proven track record working with ITS equipment, whether for a manufacturer or in a municipal/contractor role
  - Must hold an acceptable driving record and be able to travel extensively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - IMSA Work Zone Safety certification highly preferred
  - Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and effective communication in high-stakes environments
  - Self-motivated and team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
