      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support via email, chat, or ticketing system to address inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues
      - Develop proficiency in the employer's product suite and share knowledge with internal teams
      - Facilitate communication across teams to provide effective solutions for customers
      - Serve as an internal escalation point for customer issues, advocating for timely resolutions
      - Stay updated with application enhancements and demonstrate new functionalities to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - 3-5 years of experience providing customer support, preferably for software applications
      - Experience in conducting training for existing customers or prospects
      - Ability to translate customer requirements into product functionality and design
      - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Previous experience within the software industry or clinical research
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Effective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking
      - Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
