- At least 1 year customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- At least 1 year people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

As a Team Lead in the Oracle Health Support Services space, you will lead a team of solution analysts to meet our client commitments. In this role, your responsibilities will include hiring, onboarding, planning, and directing the team’s day-to-day work to achieve operational targets or objectives with contribution to the immediate results for the team or department. As well as communicate policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within the department. Utilizing your knowledge of ideal outputs for Oracle Health, you will identify and lead team-level quality and process improvement initiatives. Leadership aspects include consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage associate success, providing input on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports, and overall supervision of associates on your team.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.10 to $60.63 per hour; from: $62,600 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Utilizing your knowledge of ideal outputs for Oracle Cerner, you will identify and lead team-level quality and process improvement initiatives. Leadership aspects include consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage associate success, providing input on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports, and overall supervision of associates on your team.
