Role Description

Private Bank Germany Service Operations - provides 2nd Level Application Support for business applications used in branches, by mobile sales or via internet. The department is responsible for the stability of the applications. Incident Management and Problem Management are the main processes that account for the required stability. In-depth application knowledge and understanding of the business processes that the applications support are our main assets.

Your role is within the support team for SAP BankAnalyzer and SAP Busines Warehouse keeping production healthy and ensuring the end of day processing

Your key responsibilities

• Support activities for service operations, such as troubleshooting and solving incidents and problems / service delivery
• Actively contribute resolution of incidents and problems within the team & oversee the resolution of complex incidents
• Contribute to monitoring, reporting and improvement
• Ensuring that metrics are monitored and improved where necessary
• Strong collaboration with other support teams, level 3 and project units.
• Change review as a quality gate into production
• Participate in the on-call support rota.

Your skills and experience

• Several years of industry experience in IT production
• Fundamental experience with SAP systems.
• Preferred: ITIL certification and experience with an ITSM tool
• Fluent English language skills mandatory. German desirable.
• Ability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment.
