3M is seeking Production and Warehouse Operator s for our Prairie Du Chein location. This position is full-time.

Job Description:

The person hired for the position of the Production Helper will be responsible for a variety of general manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting, and packing product safely and according to standards
• Use computers to run process operations, receive communications, etc
• Use hand and power industrial trucks

Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Working 8, 10, or 12 hour fixed or rotating shifts, depending on shift availability
• Working overtime, weekends, holidays as needed and short notice

Desired:

• Possess good communication skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay between $20.01 to $23.61/hour plus shift differential for second and third shift. Overtime-pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week and double time on Sundays
