      This is a Temporary position located in the McHenry, IL office.

      Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

      Critical Skills/Experience – Temporary Production Assembly

      • Previous assembly experience preferred
      • Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English
      • May use various production machines with mechanical or electronic controls
      • Clean room experience would be helpful - Hairnet, lab coat, eye protection, gloves, closed toe shoes, no jewelry, no make-up

      Main Responsibilities – Temporary Production Assembly

      • Assemble and inspect pumps, subassemblies, kits and components on and off production lines following verbal and written department procedures, work aids, work orders, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions and/or procedure manuals (“Instructions”)
      • Meet or exceed minimum required production rate
      • Meet or exceed required quality level following Instructions
      • Rotate through positions according to work schedule
      • Count, label and box pumps, kits and assemblies for inventory or shipment following Instructions
      • All employees are responsible for regular and reliable attendance. The company will schedule a minimum of 40 hours per week; based on business demand overtime may be required.
      • Follows all Company rules and regulations, including health and safety rules
      • Regular, reliable performance of all job duties
