What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality and timelines are met
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain production schedules and track progress
- Organize and track samples to support the design team's needs
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet brand standards
- Coordinate the shipment and delivery of materials and finished goods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong sense of style and passion for fashion
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in fashion production or a related field is a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
