What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate packing or filling equipment while adhering to quality standards
- Maintain quality by checking seals, code dates, labels, and packaging
- Record data accurately and ensure supplies are available on the production line
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement teams
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties to maintain a clean work area
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to temperature changes and work in various environments
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity required to operate and maintain equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in training for upgrade and relief positions
