  Randstad is happy to partner with a well known organization in Bowling Green, KY and are seeking a temporary production associate. The associate will assist full time production operators in producing quality products by performing a mixture of task as needed. These task may include loading bags, boxes and raw materials onto the lines, monitoring the production process, perfomring quality checks as needed, and assisting in removing, sorting and organizing the finish goods.   Responsibilities
  
  The production associate will be responsible for the production of quality materials throughout assigned lines. May rotate to multiple lines throughout the day. Essential job funtions may include:
  
  
  • loading raw materials on the line
  • refilling/loading boxes into the box maker
  • maintaining glue and ink levels in equipment
  • loading bags onto line
  • inspecting product
  • helping offload finished goods
  
  
  The essential functions of this role include:
  
  wearing steel toe shoes
  manual lifting up to 45lbs
  standing for 12 hours at one time
  working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
