      Position Responsibilities:

      • Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices within assigned work area.
      • Maintain a safe and clean work environment within assigned work area.
      • Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and cost standards within assigned work area.
      • Conform to all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies within assigned work area.
      • Operate all equipment in accordance to standard work practices within all quality, and performance standards within assigned work area.
      • Actively participate and contribute to the team within assigned area.
      • Perform all required duties and communicate information within shift.
      • Adhere to all housekeeping SOP`s in and around work area including 5S standards.
      • Compliance with all Internal and External Production Quality Management Systems and Group Directives
      • Other duties as it relates to this position.

      Job Description

      This Job Role is part of Job Family "Production-Manufacturing and Assembly" / Sub-Job-Family "Assembly" and includes jobs related to planning, supervision, execution and continuous improvement of work in assembly lines to manufacture quality products under consideration of internal policies and guidelines and external laws.

      Details to this Role will be provided with the roll-out of the global job architecture.

      Essential Skills and Experience:

      • Minimum of high school diploma, GED, or assessment test score of 12 or higher with at least 6 months On the Job Training (OJT) with ZF
      • Stable work history.
