- Work on various production lines and stations to manufacture car carpets.
- Load and unload the production line efficiently.
- Assist machine operators as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours during shifts.
- Capability to lift 40-50 pounds.
- General labor skills including production and assembly experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a production line setting is a plus.
- Good physical stamina to handle long hours on foot.

Job Description
We have immediate openings for Production Associates at a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. As a Production Associate, you will work on various lines and stations, focusing on the production of car carpets. You will play a crucial role in loading and unloading the production line and assisting machine operators.
This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with in an automotive facility!

Work Environment
The work environment is a large, climate-controlled warehouse and production facility. However, temperatures can still be warm. The facility operates in shifts: 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUDORA, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
