• Competitive Compensation: We value the hard work of our employees. The hourly rate for this role has been increased to $25.35/hr., and the progression to full wage rate (currently $31.68) has reduced from 6 years to 2 years.
• Increased Vacation: We recognize the importance of taking time off to relax and recharge. In your first year, you will receive up to 40 hours of prorated paid leave time. At your one-year anniversary, you will be eligible for two weeks of vacation time.
• Accelerated Access to Benefits: now available after 30 days of employment!
• Holiday Benefits: We value the importance of spending time with loved ones. To acknowledge this, we have added Easter Monday and Birthday holidays to our list of recognized holidays. Employees who work on a holiday will receive overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times their regular pay, ensuring fair compensation for your dedication.

• Setting the Pace - Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed.

• Connecting – Working cross collaboratively in a team environment.

Recipe for Success

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds.
• Understanding of basic math to solve problems.
• Must be able to work all 3 shifts and weekends.
