  PAY: · $20.20-$23.00 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. · Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location.

  Shift Hours: 9:45 pm - 6:00 am · Grave Shift (S-T with mandatory overtime) or Grave Shift Rotating (7 days on, 2-4 days off) available.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  · The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.

  · Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced.

  · The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 35 pounds

  · Makes suggestions to improve performance, quality, and/or costs in work area by applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.

  · Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.

  · Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. · Trains and/or instructs others as required.

  · Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status.

  · Adheres to safety standards.

  · Relieves other employees for breaks, as needed.

  · Other duties as assigned.
