Job Description

- Responsible for packing bottles
- Responsible for building pallets
- Responsible for checking the quality of the bottles placed on the line
- Assure production runs efficiently and safely
- Assist with documenting and reporting production logs
- Ensure all proper quality procedures are followed
- Clean machine, wipe conveyor belt and other daily and weekly clean up responsibilities
- Assist with equipment as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines according to company and OSHA standards

- Ability to perform basic computer work and data entry
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality.
- Ability to operate pallet truck
- Ability to perform all tasks while continuously standing
- Basic Industrial Math skills
- Extended periods of standing
- Frequently moves items weighing up to 50 pounds
- May climb stairs multiple times per day
- Insertion and tightening of spray triggers/caps on bottles for extended periods of time
Job TITLE: Production Associate
Job DESCRIPTION:
To facilitate the loading and packaging of all products which are run on the production lines such as inserting filled bottles into shipping cartons and loading finished cartons onto pallets. Operations include opening boxes of bottles and placing them into the hopper at the beginning of the production line and manually inserting spray triggers into filled bottles.
Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge, SKILLS, AND ABILITiES:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Forklift experience is a plus

WORK LOCATION: Gurnee, Illinois
