Job Description
- Req#: 25-0109
- Train to the Standard Operating Procedures at a level that insures quality products to the customer, smooth production, low scrap, and no rejects.
- Assist with machine start-up(s) and Master Checks per schedule. Machine trouble shooting as needed.
- Work on line to cover daily production schedules.
- Assist with daily activities (6S, Dock Sorts, Scrap, Weld Jig Changes, Machine Re-sets, Etc.).
- Confirm machines and assembly stations remain in proper working order.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- High School Diploma and GED
- Be able to work overtime on short notice.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow all posted documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules, etc.
- Ability to use repetitive motions such as grasping, fine manipulation, medium dexterity, and forearm/wrist rotation movement.
- Assembly experience preferred

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assemble automotive components on either a synchronous or non-synchronous assembly line using electric and pneumatic tooling, alignment and inspection fixtures, and inspection test equipment.

Working conditions:
Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move 30-50lbs without assistance. Have ability to work 40 -- 60 hours per week.
Travel: Domestic and international may be required as needed.
