About This Opportunity
JOB TITLE: Production Associate (Seasonal)
POSITION TYPE: Temporary
CLASSIFICATION: Non-ExemptStarting Pay: $22.44 per hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.
Seasonal employment: day shift (6AM-6PM) and night shift (6PM-6AM) available.

$2.00 per hour shift premium paid for hours worked between 6:00pm – 6:00am

You are at least 18 years old
You are able to read and comprehend the English language
You are able to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
You must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
You are detail oriented
You are able to operate human machine interfaces and computers
You are able to lift up to 50 pounds
You are able to stand for extended periods of time
You thrive in a fast-paced work environment
You enjoy being part of a team
You have an interest in equipment and how it works
You are inquisitive and enjoy learning new skills
You are able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
What you will own
You will be responsible to produce a safe, quality product
You will troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
You will be trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
