- Mix ingredients into production machines for yogurt making.
- Slice and weigh soft goat cheese by hand using knives.
- Operate machines efficiently to support production processes.
- Inspect final products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package cheese products following established protocols.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food production setting.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Experience in packaging.
- Knowledge of GMP practices.
- Machine operating experience.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing environments.
