      As the Production Control Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production control processes and the flow of material between subassembly cells to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations for the AMC and Projects business for Consolidated Valves.

      As the Production Control Leader, you will be responsible for:

      • Production Scheduling. Maintain and adjust production schedules as needed to maintain efficiency to meet customer demand.
      • Coordinate with various departments to ensure resources such as materials, equipment, and labor are available and allocated effectively.
      • Report progress of cell and ensures production meets performance targets and adhere to safety protocols. Provides regular reports to management on production activities, issues, and performance.
      • Start date production control.
      • Update production plan dates.
      • Support and Lead Recovery Plan.

      To be successful in this role you will:

      • Have associate degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years’ experience)
      • Have experience in managing production schedules.
      • Have MRP functionality knowledge
      • Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
