- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in television network industry, including in a physical production show level and/or content platform or equivalent function
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in physical production, workflow and deliverables
- Experience working on both union and non-union productions
- Experience with Movie Magic budgeting, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Pages, Numbers, Moxion, Box, Airtable, Quip
- Television network industry experience, including understanding of immersive media
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
- Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
- Strategic experience and communication skills
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $116,900 and $221,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Summary
Apple TV+ is seeking a Production Coordinator who is passionate about physical production and the inner workings of making content and logistics to support the Production department on the Apple TV+ Immersive team. This role will be a key day-to-day contact between the Development and Production teams and production company partners and requires experience with physical production as well as an understanding of operational processes. This role will interact directly with a range of external and internal partners. Experience working in immersive formats is not required, but you must be willing to embrace changing the way content is crafted & the challenges that come with it.DescriptionAdmin duties (expense reports, travel, calendar and meeting management) Build Box Folder structure and/or Scenechronize with ProdCo’s Assist in budget review, review and approval distribution, and green light support in partnership with Production Executive Management of AirTable grid and Quip pages updated with all top line information (Final Budget, Shoot Dates, Execs assigned, Synopsis, Schedule info. etc.) Assist in sharing latest production information/updates Build Box folders and Quip pages for new projects Save & File all production documents in Box Ensure delivery and launch dates are always updated on meeting agendas and Apple facing documents Update and distribute all meeting agendas Build Apple Contact & Distribution Lists and share with ProdCo’s. Work with partners and internal teams to provide key production information and strategize Analyze and help to build efficient workflow for non-fiction and scripted content Establish relationships with key external partners Assess departmental systems and databases and offer solutions on more efficient workflows Additional Production point on projects Initiate and supervise crucial meetings with production companies for all projects Coordinate kick-off meetings Review cost reports with Production Executive Reviewing and exploring content, apps, and interactive experiences in Vision ProMinimum QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBA/BS or equivalent work experienceAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsAbout the company
