- Act as productions point of contact with crew, talent and vendors as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to Agency Producer and department.
- Manage travel arrangements for team.
- Build and create call sheets, schedules and crew calls.
- Work with internal Account Executives within The Source.
- Keep workflow reporting up to date.
- Build positive working relationships with co-workers to achieve high productivity.
- Stay current on company projects.
- Assist photo/video teams on set as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate/commercial photography.
- Professional reel portfolio demonstrating production knowledge and success.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex issues succinctly.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, both technically and creatively, with attention to detail.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work under pressure while being solution oriented.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate quick turn needs.
- Ability to lift and carry photo and video equipment up to 50lbs.

The Source – Production Coordinator Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Production Coordinator works closely with the Agency Producer, Junior producer, and internal video and photography team. This role involves administrative support as well as coordinating with other departments and crew members both internal and external.
The role includes facilitating the production schedule, equipment rentals, transportation, locations, catering, billing and communications.
