      Shopbop is seeking a Production Specialist I to support our Creative and Operations teams in our Madison, WI studio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong follow-through skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively as part of a team. As a Production Specialist I, you will work within our production team to ensure the successful execution of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with schedule planning, resource coordination, and maintaining smooth workflow across both daily activities and special projects. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, operations staff, models, and freelance professionals. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to thrive in this dynamic, results-driven environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion studio production while developing valuable skills in team collaboration and production workflows.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Provide support to the production team to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.
      - Assist with talent booking and resource allocation to meet forecasted and actual production volumes.
      - Manage and track daily or project-specific schedules, targets, and budgets.
      - Contribute to discussions with internal and external partners on talent decisions.
      - Support the team in achieving financial, speed, and quality goals.
      - Organize and order various supplies for the studio.
      - Assist with hotel accommodations for models and freelancers.
      - Monitor inventory flow through the photo shoot production process.
      - Support the documentation and tracking of production metrics.
      - Develop a broader understanding of various studio roles and operations.
      - Utilize knowledge or skills to build and implement new processes.- Bachelors Degree
      - Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills and the ability to learn new applications.
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      - Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
      - Capability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adhere to deadlines.
      - Availability to work 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work overtime and on-call shifts as required
      - Experience with Excel and Microsoft office
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
      - Willingness to dive deep, seek solutions, and make practical decisions.
      - Knowledge of the fashion industry, including competitors, designers, models, and photographers.
      - Experience in e-commerce or studio production environment.
